1. Introduction

These Gift Card Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of electronic and physical Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by American-Creator.com ("Company", "we", "us", "our") through our website at american-creator.com ("Site"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

2. Purchase and Delivery

• Availability: Gift Cards can be purchased on our US Online Store (denominated in USD).

• Delivery: Digital Gift Cards are delivered to the recipient via email provided at checkout. The Company is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details provided by the buyer.

• No Fees: No activation fees, service fees, dormancy fees, or sustainability fees apply to any Gift Cards issued by the Company. 

 

3. Redemption and Balance

• Usage: Gift Cards can only be redeemed for eligible nail products, base gels, extension gels, and professional equipment available on the Site.

• Store Restrictions: Gift Cards purchased on the US Online Store can only be used for purchases on the US storefront and cannot be transferred to other regional subdomains.

• Partial Use: If a purchase does not use the full value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be saved for future purchases.

• Non-Cash Redeemable: Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable US state law.

 

4. Expiration Dates

• CARD Act Compliance: In compliance with the federal Credit CARD Act, funds on Gift Cards issued for US customers do not expire for at least five (5) years from the date of purchase or the date funds were last loaded onto the card.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

• Final Sale: All Gift Card sales on the US store are final and non-refundable. Gift Cards cannot be canceled or returned once issued.

• Returned Orders: If you return an item purchased using a Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to the original Gift Card or issued as store credit, subject to our standard Return Policy.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• Card Security: Treat your Gift Card code like cash. The Company is not responsible if a Gift Card code is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorization.

• Replacement Policy: Replacement codes will only be issued if the customer provides proof of purchase and the full original code can be verified as completely unused in our database.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

The Gift Cards are provided "as is". The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Card.
